Return Policy

At SharksOutlet.com, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You can shop with confidence knowing that we stand behind our products. All returns and exchanges must be received within 60 days of the date of purchase, and the product must be returned in its original packaging, in an “as new” and re-saleable condition. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used products, special orders or customized merchandise.

Returns and exchanges can be shipped back to us or brought to our retail store - Hockey X Superstore in Oakland, California. Please go to hockeyxsuperstore.com for store hours and directions. If you choose to ship the items back to us, please read the information below carefully.

IMPORTANT: Please include your 4-digit order number along with your name and contact number so that we can assure a quick and easy refund once we receive your item(s). Items returned in person to our store location in Oakland DO NOT need a return authorization number

Unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping costs and handling fees on your return unless the error was ours. Please note that the original cost of shipping will be charged back to the customer regardless of whether the original shipping was provided free of charge.

However if you are returning an item because of an error we made please call us at (510) 638-6004 to arrange for an etag, which will pay for your return shipping costs.


There is NO restocking fee whether you return for credit or return for exchange.
We want you to be completely satisfied. When returning an item, we recommend you use either Fedex Ground or UPS Ground so that you get a tracking number with your shipment. Be sure to keep your shipping receipt until credit is issued, as SharksOutlet.com reserves the right to require proof of delivery of the return shipment prior to issuing any credit. We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes products need to be exchanged for a different size – SharksOutlet.com will gladly exchange any new product for a different size, color, or item. You will not be charged a restocking fee, but will be charged the cost of shipping for the replacement product being sent back to you. We recommend that you reorder your new size or product now, and then return your incorrect size to us for a credit. The benefit of this method is that your new order will ship immediately and hold your new product.

Refusal of Package

If parcels are refused, original and return shipping charges will be charged to your original form of payment.

Shipping

*PLEASE NOTE, jersey customization (sewn-on and authentic customized jerseys) take 3-5 WEEKS to be completed and shipped out , even if you choose 1 Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day,the process still takes 3-5 weeks to be COMPLETED!!

We use UPS for the delivery of our products. At the time of checkout you will be prompted to choose the proper UPS method. Delivery times are calculated in business days. Weekends, holidays and the day of shipment do NOT count towards the delivery time. (i.e. if we ship on Friday a 2nd day air package, the arrival date will be the following Tuesday.)

NEXT DAY GROUND (Northern California only):UPS Ground to anywhere in northern California is typically the next business day. UPS does not guarantee delivery within this timeframe, but our experience has been that the majority of the time it is delivered within one business day.

PLEASE NOTE: UPS does NOT guarantee Residential Next Day deliveries! No refunds are provided for next day charges to residential addresses. In some cases these rates are estimates and shipping cost may need to be adjusted. We will notify you prior to shipment.

For expedited shipping options such as UPS 3 Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air, shipping rates are based upon the weight of your order. As you checkout, the weight of the items in your cart will be calculated against the shipping method that you have chosen. Oversized items will be charged based on the “dimensional weight” of the order. Some bulky items, although light, are charged based on “dimensional weight” or the space the package occupies in the delivery vehicle. Packages shipped via UPS Ground usually arrive within 1-5 business days of the date shipped. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Saturday, Sunday and certain holidays are not classified by UPS as normal shipping days. If you require a Saturday delivery please call our customer service line at (510) 638-6004.

Hawaii and Alaska orders may ship via UPS Second Day Air, UPS Next Day Air.

Please be advised that Orders with Billing discrepancies (Different Bill to and Ship to Addresses, Card Holder Name Different than Name on Order, etc.) may be subject to delays due to our strict verification process. You may receive a call to confirm information before order is shipped.

All AIR orders placed prior to 11:00 a.m. PST will usually ship that same day (assuming all items are in-stock). In some cases, depending on that day's order volume, we may take an additional day to process your order. (If you need a product by a specific date then please call us). Any order placed after 11:00 a.m. on Friday will be shipped the following non-holiday Monday.

*NOTE: UPS pick-ups are Monday-Friday before 3 PM only; UPS DELIVERIES are also Monday-Friday only. Overnight orders that ship on Friday will be delivered the following Monday, unless you choose the Saturday delivery option. UPS will NOT ship to PO Boxes, please use a physical street address. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us. Orders shipped via UPS are subject to the 'Terms and Conditions of Service' as detailed on UPS.com.

We accept: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover credit cards, and United States Postal Service Money Orders.
